Good reasons to write

A fact in an entry is wrong or out of date. A hotel has closed, changed hands or been renamed. You represent a listed property and want to point out an error. You're a journalist or researcher with a question about the index.

Please include the hotel's name and the page you're writing about. A link to a source helps us check quickly.

What we can't help with

We don't take bookings, hold rooms or see availability. Questions about prices, reservations, cancellations or a stay you've already made belong with the hotel. We also don't sell listings or advertising, so there's nothing to quote.

Messages are read by a person. Replies usually come within a few working days, though a correction may take longer if it needs checking.
